At different moments this morning and yesterday evening I tried to get at UKAR, but couldn't get on that site. During recent history I experienced these kind of problems also but that was always at the top of the hour, like scramble also had before this forum moved to a new server.
Anyone experiencing the same pronlems, or is it just something with me?

It is down right now so its not you
