On the 1st of September a summit on the future of Libya will be held in Paris.
Last March a similar meeting was held to prepare the attacks on Libya. This meeting saw several VIP aircraft at Le Bourget and Villacoublay.
All countries that participated in the military actions have been invited. Russia, China, India and Brazil were also asked to take part in this summit.
