Another one in the subject low flyers overhead Amersfoort:
The complete Market Garden formation of a RAF Herc, German Transall and followed by the flight of 4 Ramstein C-130J's made a pass ovehead Amersfoort yesterday (17/9) afternoon, around 12.45h LT. Strange enhough this conflicts with flying times stated earlier within this topic:

En toch zit de T-235 KDC-10 op de SBS box.
De T-255 staat/stond op/in Nimes voor maintenance ?!?.

It does not conflict with the times in that topic... As listed, the second wave departed at 1230LT... Wijgert, together with the T-235/T-255-thing, there was definately something wrong with your eyes this weekend... :D Ow, what the heck, forget about it and lets just start over... :wink:

Regards.

A couple of minutes ago one C-130 was seen flying overhead Veenendaal heading north at medium altitude (visible through the clouds)

I can show you a picture of this somewhat remarkable formation. Could it maybe have something to do with the Market Garden commemorations? I saw them flying by several times in the region of Den Bosch.

Regarding this message.....here is a tweet and photo from a colleague of mine:
@Sentry_23
Was it supposed to go this low ? (C17 low over Amersfoort 18-sept) http://twitpic.com/6ng8yq
He said he also has a photo of the other plane and will post it this evening.

HI,

Just over Beuningen near Nijmegen (local time 11.45) and straight over my house a CH-53 flying to the east (Germany).

Anyone?

Bye,

Pieter
