What would you want to improve besides your sharpening skills... ?? Are you shooting with Nikon? Thought i saw some Nikon signature Your compositions are good, if you never posted before then you have looked and learned from previous posters... i would say use the tips mentioned before and carry on!! 
For me it's a bit too yellow,/greenish , could be your monitor?
