An undisclosed number of 107th Fighter Squadron A-10Cs is expected to leave Selfridge AFB, Michigan, for Afghanistan tomorrow. After crossing the Atlantic, they will have their first stopover at Lajes Field. @ all Lajes spotters: Take care to catch as much as possible stopover pictures!

Thank you VERY much for providing this info! I was tracking the movement in the US and was wondering if anyone farther east would've seen/hear anything.Dutchmil wrote:The A-10s arrived this evening as Trend 71 and Trend 81 flight. Many thanks for your kind feedback, guys! Any photos or at least confirmed serial numbers? Please note: That's a "Rainbow Team", including also "Hogs" from the 47th Fighter Squadron.
