Thought I read somewhere that the Afriqiyah birds were going to Lao airlines (the airline that ordered 2 A320's last month) but I'm not sure about this though, but it could explain why it is flying.

Or

Peace has returned enough to Libya and Afriqiyah and Libyan airlines are starting up again.

To be honest I would say option one is more credible.......... (even though I can't find the article at the moment.)

You are right, A320 in Afriqiyah c/s will go to Lao Airlines but, unfortunately, will not paint at LFBO
Acceptance flight is soon and he is still in Afriqiyah c/s
