Hi all,
The October 2011 issue of Scramble has been released this week!
This month's edition features specials about:
- Aviodrome Military Aviation Spectacle
Last August, Lelystad airport held an outdoor museum exhibit which can be described as a Duxford 'light' event. Our editors report from the intimate atmosphere.
- Paris Airshow 2011
Although held already in June, we can now present a special on the 49th edition of th Paris Salon held at Le Bourget. We have the most complete rundown of all participants, both civil and military as well as a list of all orders announced during the show.
- IAI Tzukit
In Europe the characteristic sound of the CM170 Magister left the military pilot training theater already some years ago, but in Israel, the local called Tzukit has been used for jet pilot training until July 2010. Besides a look in the history of the aircraft within the IDF/AF, also all individual airframes with their current whereabouts are listed.
- Jamaica Defence Force
This rather small and rarely seen air arm was visited by one of our reporters earlier this year. Besides some exclusive pictures, all known airframes that ever served with the Jamaican Defence Force are published in this exclusive article.
And much more!
Our monthly returning topics:
- Movements and trips Netherlands, Belgium + Rest of the World, civil and military.
- The latest news, both civil and military.
- Updates on the world's aircraft fleets, civil and military.
- Aircraft mishaps in Dustpan and Brush.
