Today a chopper named Hulk flew numerous sorties between the Pier Scheveningen and a vessel close by to remove bags with debris.
The bags (with debris from a fire) were too heavy to go over the Pier to the mainland, so they came with this solution.
Weather: foggy, drizzle and poor light conditions... :-(
Anyway, made a few shots, hope you like 'em...

Interesting photos. The helo is quite big for the job, nice detail is the Van der Valk flag on the boat.

Mayby in case of emergency if somethings goes wrong.
And the HULK must make a quick landing in the vicinity?
