Flight of two is what it seemed like to me. When they ended the photo mission here in the DC area I heard Pluto-98 and Pluto-99 landing at KIAD. However I only logged N908NA on my Radarbox with altitudes to match with KIAD app and dep. N960NA was in the area but left yesterday.

i try to make out the comms but its not brilliant on liveatc.net. any other feed i can try mate i want to hear these, i only heard dixie51 & 52 on the above list and eval's, who calls cougar in the states?

Live atc 99% of the time only uses the VHF frequencies,they do not list the UHF side,which is half of the miltary traffic,that's why i listen via my own radios range is about 150-200 miles,COUGAR is used by C-21A from AMC.
