No Korean C-130 or other support. The T-50's will be transported in after being dismantled and re-assembled once in the UK. So probably a couple of AN-124's used for transport, probably to somewhere like Brize Norton and then flown from there to RIAT once assembled and test flights completed.

Hee Sjoerd, I don't where I read it on this forum, but the T-50's will probably be transported by air-cargo and also there equipment.

Why not? If a An-124 will come, it would be a civil one.

Update 10 May 2012:

USAFE: The Air Tattoo is currently talking to the USAFE at RAF Lakenheath with a view to them sending two F-15Es for static display. No decision has been taken and much will depend on the aircraft's operational commitments in July.

NEWS: With the eight-hour flying display programme already crammed full of exciting aircraft the amount of space still available is fast diminishing. However, planners in the Air Ops department believe there is one more fast jet to be added to the line-up with an announcement anticipated shortly.

Slightly off topic, but would anyone be able advise which position tot take during monday's Park&View, beginning or end of runway? (Depending on the wind which is which of course...).

My main goal will be pictures, but I need the numbers too.
