If you are more than 300 meters from the fence doesn't have any problem, the police can come and ask for your identification, but have never been kicked out of the area. Only 2 times I have been identified by the police of the many times I've been in LEMO.

Looking at NOTAMs, Moron runway will be closed beginning of June:

Also before 2nd June and after 13th of June, Moron will be closed a lot from 18z till 05z next day(s).
