I thought the only difference is the tower frequency! Frequency of Jever / ETNJ TOWER = 379.250mhz! I'm not sure if they're using a ground frequency.

I suppose the rest is exactly the same.

Edit:

Today the NATO01 / LX-N90449 did a low approach overhead Jever airbase. Was around 1100 Z / 1300 LT.
