Hi,
Saw on Facebook this new 349sm 70 anniversary tail, on approach at Kleine Brogel last Thursday. Looks good!
This is FA110 former display F-16.

Judging the code she's wearing, one might think the paintjob is sponsored by a shoe brand with a special ventilation mechanism

Thanks for pointing out . The name is quite large, it is not your name and it is the reason why I asked. Next try:maurits wrote:The copyright is in the picture, so......Tim van den Boer.....from Facebook/Blue wave group...RogierV wrote:From your post I cannot determine whether the copyright holder of the picture gave permission for posting this picture. If a name is in a picture, does it allow you to copy, change, distribute, hotlink or sell it?
If no name is in a picture, does it make a difference from the previous case?

That's the (main) reason to put a name in a picture after all. Why else would you put your name on a picture then?If a name is in a picture, does it allow you to copy, change, distribute, hotlink or sell it?

Distributing or replicating photos without permission of the owner or copyright holder is a violation of copyright and thus theft.EHAM wrote:That's the (main) reason to put a name in a picture after all. It is completely beside the point if someone's name is on the photo or not. Most companies have their name on the side of their trucks/vans, does that give you permission to joyride in them?
