Saw on Facebook this new 349sm 70 anniversary tail, on approach at Kleine Brogel last Thursday. Looks good!

From your post I cannot determine whether the copyright holder of the picture gave permission for posting this picture. Perhaps you could edit your post accordingly?

Judging the code she's wearing, one might think the paintjob is sponsored by a shoe brand with a special ventilation mechanism :wink:

The copyright is in the picture, so......Tim van den Boer.....from Facebook/Blue wave group...

Thanks for pointing out :? . The name is quite large, it is not your name and it is the reason why I asked. Next try:

If a name is in a picture, does it allow you to copy, change, distribute, hotlink or sell it?

If no name is in a picture, does it make a difference from the previous case?

That's the (main) reason to put a name in a picture after all. Why else would you put your name on a picture then?

Distributing or replicating photos without permission of the owner or copyright holder is a violation of copyright and thus theft.

It is completely beside the point if someone's name is on the photo or not. Most companies have their name on the side of their trucks/vans, does that give you permission to joyride in them?
