That prop is Piaggio 180 D-IXIE. Noted at DUS on 18-5-2012.

today the terraces at DUS were closed due to (possible) protests against deportations.
at first till noon, later until further notice.
lots of policemen walking around and checking now and then the public.
for next Saturday (21/7) again protests are announced, so the terraces will probably be closed again.

according the DUS airport site the terraces wil be closed indeed next Saturday!!

I read on Scramble and other sites there was expected a TU-154 at Düsseldorf last wednesday, but this one was cancelled due to noise and pollution reasons.
this type bird is expected also for next wednesday. Can someone say of this bird is cancelled for next week of is this still on program

UT Air Tu-154M RA-85057 landed at Weeze airport. Will depart Friday ( 08-10-2012 ) back to Vnukovo. Departure time will probably be 13;00 lt, as that time was mentioned on the DUS spotterspage too!
