This was the BONZO21 with a VFR navigation flight through the Netherlands. First Linkroute 10, later on via the coastline from N -> S and he visited EHWO and EHGR before going back to EHVK.

Edit: FR24 states its Do228NG 98+35, possibly heading for SPL Edit: unfortunately, it stays at altitude..
