Far from perfect, depending on its exact parking stand, best possible shot will be something like this:ErwinS wrote:Is that a good spot to view/shoot her?

Hi
Passed by Brussels on the return from Geilenkirchen today and could see with my own eyes that the IL-76 parking position is really bad .. it sucks .. . Tried with my ladder but couldn't reach far enough over the grass slope at Abelag parking, + too many private jets obstructing the view, a pity. And O Heck, of course ... it leaves in complete pitch black darkness on Friday ... for the one time I don't have to go to work when there is something to see like that in BRU. Well, at least I hope I can spot the other Russian hardware that we can expect in to Brussels the next days.

Goodevening,
Went to the airport around 6 pm and it looks like its more parked on the apron 51 (stands 522 to 510) more or less in between DHL and the H8, maintenance hangar.
