Well, they have a debt of honour towards the show, after they only flew gypo on one day and remained on the ground completely on the Friday last time.

Yes, but I do hope that just painting a tail in special colours should still be possible???

I've seen pics of Q-17 with some remarks to this jubilee, and there was talk some time/years ago J-015 would also have some changes to its colourscheme to reflect this.

That's what still happens within the squadron anniversaries.

In fact the J-248, the one that is normally standing at the Luchtmacht recruiting stand, has a small special jubilee 'painting' on its tail.
You would indeed expect a special tail painting like you mention, but if so, they might keep it as surprise for the time being...let's wait and see (or not)...
