On march 10, HMS St. Albans will visit Amsterdam.
ETA 08:15 at PTA Veemkade IJhaven.
The type 23 frigate is capable of carrying either 1 Lynx or 1 Merlin helicopter, but sofar it's unknown whether she will have one on board.

On March 18th 2013 (09:15 lt) the Moroccan frigate "SULTAN MOULAY ISMAIL (614) will pay a visit to Amsterdam, according to the site of the Port of Amsterdam.
Berth: IJHaven Veemkade PTA
The ship could carry: 1x Eurocopter AS565 MA helicopter.

How long will they stay? Might be worth a visit IF they have a chopper on board.

April 12th: FGS Brandenburg and FGS Sachsen will visit Amsterdam.
Both vessels can carry up to two heloes each.
Berth: Vlothaven.
ETA: 11.10 local.

Are the 2 Moroccan frigates coming from morocco or from Vlissingen? (All are build by De Schelde).
Maybe they will be officially handed over to the Moroccan Navy?
There is also a third one (F615). Last year seen at Den Helder. Any info?

I don't see the two frigates listed at the portofamsterdam website anymore (last week the two ships were listed). Can anyone confirm that the two Moroccan ships will still visit the Amsterdam harbour?

Bothe vessels have arrived. They are berthed next to eachother at Veemkade, bow east. No helos sighted on arrival.

On 09.50 h no helos on deck, and also not in the hangars. At 10.05 h hangars where closed.

Can anybody confirm what DMWR said? No helis will mean no trip to Amsterdam to me.
