ELAL is phasing out its 31-year old fleet of B767-200 aircraft in September 2013.
Currently the last B762 service TLV-AMS-TLV is planned for 17 September 2013.
The very final flight is foreseen for 22/23 September on TLV-BOM-TLV.

As LY is introducing B739 later this year, it is possible that AMS will see B739 aircraft in future.

Due to night curfews in Cairo, KLM is re-scheduling AMS-CAI flights to daylight service, with MD11:

- dep. AMS 09.30 to Cairo KL 0553 / McDonnell Douglas MD-11 / PH-KCE
- arr. AMS 20.00 from Cairo KL 0554 / McDonnell Douglas MD-11 / PH-KCE

The situation will be judged on a daily basis, as to whether operations continue according to this temporary schedule or on the basis of the standard schedule.
