Novi Sad-Cenej-Aerodrome 12-08-2013:
This is a small airfield, used by sprayers, para's and some light aircraft. It's a nice place to catch a few An-2's. Gatequard is a F-84 No. 10703/703 ex Jugoslavian Airforce.
Beograd-Airport 12-08-2013:
Beograd isn't the most easiest place for taking pictures. Because of problems with security before I didn't stop in the neighbourhood of the fence. I was trying to catch some JAT ATR's but I wasn't lucky;they were flying in both directions so it was only possible to catch one between the buildings in a village on the south side of the airport.

16-08-2013:
Near the A1 from Sofia to Burgas in the neighbourhood of Stara Zagora this Gromader was busy with spraying.
North of Burgas near Sunny Beach I've found this An-2 next to a kartcenter.
Next time some modern Russian stuff at Varna....

Varna-Airport 19-08-2013 (7.00-9.30h):
Varna isn't busy with traffic but there are a few 'peak-hours' with 10 Russian flights in 2 hours. There is a nice spot on a hill on the westside. Early in the morning there is some backlight. 99% of the flight are using runway 09 wich means they are passing very nice.
Friday I'll try again a few hours.....

Varna-Airport 23-08-2013 (07.00-09.00h)
This morning again runway 09 in use. The first pictures were taken from a spot near the mainroad A2; planes are a bit higher but the light was better. The Nordwind 321 makes 2 times (!) a go around on RWY09 and makes his final approach on RWY27 (because of the wind).

Sofia-Airport 28-08-2013 (09.15-13.15h)
Today I've spent a few fours next to Sofia Airport. Almost no wind but only runway 27 in use during my stay. On behalf of the next pictures I saw: Austrian Al F100 + A319, 2x Lufthansa A320 and Bulgaria Air A319 + 3x E190.
Sofia-City 28-08-2013
Next to Boulevard Tsarigradsko Shose I've found this Lazarov Laz-7 without registration.
To be continued....

Very nice report Typolev to bad you didn't visit Burgas airport and the small museum.
was curious about the spotters conditions overthere.

Sofia-Airport 29-08-2013 (09.00-09.45h)
Today I've spent some time in the landing of 27 to catch Tarom en Olympic. The Farnair ATR was nice with ' Quikjet India' titels.
Sofia-City 29-08-2013
While staying in the center of Sofia this camouflaged An-26 (LZ-ABR) was passing. Picture is cropped but still worth. Last June this plane was still wearing civilian colours (white with a blue line) of Air Bright!
These were last pictures from Bulgaria....

@ De Verrekieker: the most pictures were taken during my family holiday so I'm already happy with the result till now. I visit Burgas in the past a few times but I don't like the photo conditions there. The small museum is nice for sure. I remember a Tu-154, An-24, An-2 and a few fighters. 2 Years ago I visit Burgas for the last time but they moved the planes; they were parked almost in eachother. After the bombattack one year ago it wasn't possible to take a look as a visitor in the neighbourhood of the terminals of Varna and Burgas. The police was checking everybody before entering the airport. Thanks for your message.

Smirnenski-Village 30-08-2013
Because of trafic jam of 30 km at the border Bulgaria-Serbia we decide to drive via Romania. In the north of Bulgaria we passed this Mig-17F 128 red.
Frankfurt-Airport 01-09-2013 (13.30-14.00h)
The last stop was Frankfurt. Most of the planes used the new runway for landing, nothing special on RWY25L.
...and that's it after a nice trip of more than 6000km. Thanks for watching!
