Re: Market Garden
Hi Oswcar,
Don't know but I expect some ANG C-130J of some from 86AW. The Belgian flew last year but with the party at Melsbroek the same weekend I don't know wether they will show. Perhaps some German C-160D's....
Greetings,
Henk

Re: Market Garden
Belgian AF replied that no 15w/20sm C-130H will be available for the AMJ due to their Open Door.
Most likely the Poland AF, RAF and USAF will send a C-130, a German C-160; just like last years and perhaps one or two extra's.

The French possibly bring a transport? That would be a first. But welcome nonetheless!!VR78 wrote:+ not sure French AF C160

Re: Market Garden
Next years Market Garden memorial should be a big one, according to this. I remember the drone of 48 Allison T56 engines in 1994 at Deelen. They were attached to 12 RAF Hercs doing the para drop over de Ginkelse Heide.
Answers will be questioned.....
Re: Market Garden
Will the Polish AF be there, like last year?

Re: Market Garden
I think you mean the 21st. Usually there is one drop in the morning with departures around 1000LT, and another drop in the afternoon. But I don't have a clue yet what the ETD's or ETA's will be this year.

Your USAF herc will be 02-1434, same unit as last year. Currently at St. Johns.

Re: Market Garden
As usual, they haven't participated for years now. Thanks for the list, the Casa is a nice surprise!
