Probably a stupid question, but can anyone tell me since when the Dutch AH-64D's are called AH-64DN's? Where does the N stand for?
I hope someone can clear this up for me..

Correct, AH-64DN is the manufacturer's designation for the Dutch Apaches. It can be found on the ID plate in the cockpit. Some other designations are AH-64DU for the British WAH-64 also known as the Apache AH Mk1, and AH-64DEG for remanufactured Egyptian AH-64D's.
