ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Nice!!

What's the story behind the Sea Harrier? It looks like there's a pilot in there, and maybe it's a dumb question, but I thought all Harriers were withdrawn from use in the UK? (My knowledge may very well be outdated, I may have missed some military news the last couple of months :D )

Nice set indeed. I also like the warbird!
The Harrier looks like it could fly away right this instance but Stephan, I think it's the pilot seat you see.
What about the Hawk without sqn. markings? Did I miss something in my turn? :)

The harrier was still outside after yeovilton airshow and in the company of another sea harrier and a phantom.
They were parked outside the museum on the platform and could be photographed from the museum carpark.

But they did look like they could go flying any minute :)
