Are you sure these were C.295 and not CN.235s? I haven't seen anything about white and SAR 295's in Spain, but they do have CN.235s reconfigured for SAR duties and they had (still have?) two CN.235 in a white c/s.

Quite possible they all looked the same to me from the distance we were trying to pole them off weather was dark cloud and fairly windy.

The SAR one will be difficult because they have a bunch of them by now. And the white ones I have to correct myself, as I forgot about the new police ones. So they now have 4 white ones: T19A-01, TR19A-02, T91B-21 and T19B-22. Besides a bunch of civil ones as well, but those have large registrations in the tail so I assume you could have read those more easily.

T.19A-01 and -02 were seen by me at Getafe in December 2012 and seemed to be based. I know it just over a year ago, but with the difference between those and the Police ones (the large green bands), I'd put my money on those....

HI,

I flew over Getafe in bound Madrid on 16th Feb 2015, I have looked for a more recent list than this, but havent found one yet. If anyone can provide a list of aircraft on the deck that would be great.

I have several photos which I have been studying, and there would appear to be a B707 with several casa's adjacent, and some additional casas on a different pan, and another casa nearer the hangers, which could be the preserved one?.

I know the casa's will not be identified, unless someone was on base...but you never know

I can confirm time/photos if it would help

Steve
