This Su-24:s of Crimea are soon to be replaced by a dussin Su-30, for Russian Navy. Also Su-30 for Yelizovo, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatka and Chernyakovsk (Baltic) also Russian Navy.

The US destroyer is the first of four to form a air defence missile unit from Rota, Spain!!

The Su-24 flew over Donald Cook in the Black Sea 12 times. The Su-24 was only equipped with the new Khibiny radio jamming pod. The Su-24 was not equipped with one missile. After the overflight left 27 seeman of Donald Cook the US Navy of fear. Something is wrong, or the statement from Russia are wrongly translated to English. I want to see a neutral statement what really happened.

The article you refer to is another piece of Russian propaganda, hammarö, it's just another example of a Russian state owned/controlled media outlet. You won't find any impartial news over there, so just stop reading it like it is an objective news source.

As I understand is the US very strong in treatment of all signals. They have very many exercise fields there they test all types of signals for all aircraft. Each F-16 delievered to Pakistan there individually signal tested in a huge building for tests of RCS on one of their large air bases.

In reality can Russia in these case say everything. No one can say if its wrong or right. Russia call it Maskirovka. The Khibiny they used for the Su-24MR in these case are built also for newer Flankers and the T-50. The Su-24 on Crimea are changed with the Su-30SM. Operator is now the VMF or MA (Marine Aviation).
