Re: Belgian Skytech Mil Mi-26s in Brugge are "gone" now...

After disappearing in 2014 from their old location I 'rediscovered' them this morning, they are now in the harbour of Zeebrugge. Exact location is 51°19’21N 3°12’31E. Photography from outside is not possible and they are not yet visible on Google Earth either as the latest images date from 2009.

Good morning,

Planning a trip, therefore I've got a question:
can the Mill 26's be seen from outside?

Hello,

You should be able to see them looking over the fence, but not from up close. I'm not sure if their registration is visible. Best to bring a stepladder with you.

Update: All 3 helicopters have now been moved to Antwerp. Some museums might have an interest in them.
