Anything known for tomorrow (Thursday)?
Will the Midnight Hawks, Ramex Delta and the Polish Su-22 pair also operate out of Payerne or from Emmen?
I will try, thanks
Payerne became already nicely crowded today. Patrouille Suisse, PC-7 Team (both in front of CENTRO-Tower) and P3-Flyers (in front of Munitionsbunker U8) are lined up on taxiway south (like Air04). Mirage IIIDS and all four Hunter Trainer are in Payerne too, Twin Otter T-741 was in final when I leaved.
Tomorrow Thursday:
A lot of Arrivals planned beginning at 0830h LT, no shedule - sorry.
All Swiss Teams made there Rehearsal today, some a couple of time. Some climpses of the programm I can provide
For anyone who is going tomorrow. The 2 Canadian F18's are parked near entrance east, far away from main displayline. But, like from all other a/c it is difficult to make a decent staticshot.
Have fun, highlights were also the Kroatian Mi 8 and the Swiss Mirage 3 flying.

which minimal lens do we need for taxi and take off from the spotter corner hill (> ou < 100mm) ?
Rgds
Thanks, takeoff is about 200-300mm on Su22 and taxi as less up to fisheye when you wish No, all Display Teams taxi in front of the Spotter Hills and you can use ... hmm, I whould say 20mm upwards. Depends if you want to take them from above or from frog perspective. Taxy of the SoloDisplays (+Ramex Delta, Su22) unfortunally on taxiway North, means 300mm over/behind the runway.
The other Super Puma/Cougar in the far-side hangar, if anyone can help I would be grateful.
Some of the flypasts/Formations:
c. 09:15 Vampires FB.6 HB-RVN/J-1197 & T.55 HB-RVJ/U-1228 flew, I don't know if the latter landed

at 13:15 PC-6's V-612, V-617 & V-620 performed a formation paradrop
J-3211 F-5F flew with Vampire J-1197, Hunter J-4203, & Mirage IIIDS J-2012 but it didn't land.
An 8 aircraft formation included Alouette II HB-XYB, Alouette III HB-XXM, Super Pumas T-313 & T-316 (spcl LT St 4 mks), EC-635's T-358 & T-368, & PC-6's V-612 & V-620.

Hunter (J-4045) still guards the Kaserne & Vampire J-1134 the Renault Garage. Several roads in the area were blocked & guarded so I couldn't get near the Museum. Mirage IIIS J-2332 is still outside the McDonalds at the Estavayer le Lac motorway services.

The 2 CAF CF-18 Hornets 188734 and 188788 are due into BZZ today (Mon). They are there until Friday for a planned flypast relating to the NATO summit in Cardiff, Wales.
A CAF tanker is due to arrive Tuesday to aid refuelling on their return. All subject to operational changes of course !
