Anyone info in what hangar I can find the ca.6 based Yak-52s and Cap.10B PH-RIC ?
Is this hangar accessibel for public?

Also a question about the Gloster Meteor in the museum, is it outside?

TIA,
Erik

The Gloster Meteor is indeed parked outside, on the museum grounds, next to the T2 hangar and not visible from the outside of the museum.

The Yaks are based at Wings over Holland. Officially not publicly accessible, but who knows, you could always ask someone. Or contact the Dutch Thunderyaks via dutchthunderyaks@gmail.com.

Hi all,
PH-RIC is also hangared at Wings over Holland.
You can ask at the reception if you can see these aircraft.
They are very friendly.

Good luck and greetz,

2nd hangar:
PH-DTY Yak-52 red c/s
PH-DTX/62 red Yak-52 camo c/s
PH-DTW/48 grey Yak-52 wh/red c/s
PH-KWI Yak-52 camo c/s
D-EIFE P.149D ex GAF
3rd hangar:
PH-RIC Cap.10B ex FAF 02
PH-GEN Piper J-3C yel c/s
PH-KNF PA-18 camo c/s

and the Peru Navy Fokker 50 (U-06?) was outside and can be good photographed from the side!
The Gloster Meteor is indeed parked outside, on the museum grounds, next to the T2 hangar and not visible from the outside of the museum.
Well, it was quite good visible from the parking behind the museum, close to the KLM B747 ! :D

Thanks all!

Post by Tony »

Dear Gents,

I am wondering if there is any planning available for test or delivery flights concerning the Peru Fokker 50's?
Will yhey leave shortly?
Could you Lelystad Spotters share some intel about this?
