Maybe 63-8004 WYLIE83 KC-135
Or ROCCO81 inbound Frisbee? It would help if you could confirm she was a Globemaster or Stratotanker......

hmm thougt it to be a Globemaster but it looked narrower and the contrails looked different. But also thought it to be to small to be a Galaxy.

@Arjan,

At that time, around 7.30 there was no C-17A heading eastbound (the first after this time was 97-0047 around 9.00hrs - which I saw overhead Nieuwegein at 9.05hrs lt).. So it should the KC-135R 58-0010 that was heading east at that time....

It was a 2-engine propeller plane, so most likely a C-160 or CN-235
Took a picture while it passed Nieuwegein at 14.42LT, it shows 4 engines, C130.
Saw this flight as well on FR24, it departed Creil before heading to NL. Before that it could seen flying from Orleans to Creil. FAF C130?

Cheers,
Marco

Thanks, my first guess also was a C-130, but someone I know said that it had 2 engines. I know the FAF has at least one C-130 (5119/61-PC) with Open Skies markings. So probably it was that one.

Was there today an AWACS crossing Twente at 15.15LT from east to west?
This plane was not visible at FR24, or was a another white mil/gvmt aircraft?
Anyone?

TIA,
Erik

Tuesday 28-10 09:15 local time (08:15 GMT) i noticed a (K)C135 (?) flying overhead Volkel towards the east.
It was flying pretty high - estimate FL300/400.

There are no C135's on Mode-S and it didn't show up on FR24.

Anyone any guess?? Maybe i misread Mode-S logs? tried some other forums but no result....

To Jarnob:

Quid 88 (63-8021) was first picked up by a mode-S receiver in Best (NB) at 0855LT, and also Esso 76 (58-0010) was picked up at 0835LT. No info on the positions or route of these tankers.

Around 1700h LT a small formation of 3 planes (I Think a Harvard? And 2 smaller planes) over flew the North of Amersfoort in western direction.
