Can you explain that "due to the Dutch government"?

Yes, the dutch government has to give ICAO Annex II aircraft a permit to fly over the Netherlands. Which this one is. And the permit is revoked for a certain reason I do not know. There are also other old very nice aircraft being banned from the Netherlands because of this.

But luckily not all aircraft are banned because we can add 4 participants.

It could be just because Moonbeam has been on maintenance and hasn't got its new Permit yet...anyway, I can confirm that our TF-51 will be there, along with Spitfire XIV and V, and the Corsair. I have the Permits form the Dutch Government here in my hand...

According to the website of the host. It literally says in dutch the Moonbeam can't come because of the dutch aviation rules.
Nederlandse luchtvaartregels verhinderen helaas het eerder aangekondigde bezoek van de Franse Mustang 'Moonbeam Mcswine'
So its not directly the cause of the dutch government but the rules they made.
