Kisarazu for photographs outside base

Anyone know how Kisarazu is from the outside for photographs.

Can be pretty good.... if you have a boat....
Only been there with a show some years ago, but if I recall correctly there are about 0 views from the outside. This is of course what I observed from the trip onto the base, but also what I had already read before going there.
