59-1522 from 108ARS IL ANG in the descent now... Logged Mode-s. (Other unit instead of the expected NJ ANG)..

Anybody knows what time they arrived? I saw a big plane at rather low level in the Belgian Southern Limburg region that morning. Seemed to be a 4-engined plane. Was at 8:10am local.
