Polish F-16C 4040 departed west with two F-15E's. The remaining two Polish F-16C's returned to Poland shortly afterwards. Perhaps 4040 which was the original Polish test aircraft is heading west for further trials work?

Apparently it was quoted on one of the Facebook groups, 4040 was repainted into USAF markings whilst at EGUN

Retro 81 & 82 were F-15E's 91-0313 & 91-0331

These jets were at EGUL (Lakenheath), not EGUN (Mildenhall).

F-16C's t/n 4040, 4055, 4060 arrived to Lakenheath at Wednesday all with polish crews. Then 4040 national recognition signs [white-red chestboard] were covered with US signs (stickers) and 4040 with US pilot along with F-15s depart to CONUS. The goal for polish F-16 is an evaluation and integration programme for AGM-158 JASSM. The aircraft is scheduled up to be back in Poland in Sept/Oct. 55 and 60 departed shortly after and went beck to base in Poznań, Poland.
