Mostly the germans didn't use their AB to reduce noice polution as it was the deal to use the AB only when it's necessary.

I only see some birds diving before the F-16 is even near them & a pilot who sees the birds and does an avoiding action...
And the time you mention (11.36) also isn't correct, as the Polish F-16's landend at 11.18/11.19lt on Monday April 18th.
