Ever wonder how to ID the USAF Thunderbirds F-16's? There are two ways:
1. By the "remove before flight" banners. The last four of the serial are noted.
2. By the ejection seat. However you will require the canopy to be up and before they set the pilots helmet on the cockpit rail.
Hope this of help if you decide to travel to the US of A.

Re: Thunderbirds IDs
Good gen Tally, and might have helped with the one that went tec at Vance and was towed to a hangar, had I had the bottle to enter, but the other seven, I was reminded 1/2 way there, were on the wrong side of the "active" taxiway and thus off-limits
Re: Thunderbirds IDs
Well Starman, I got the following at Vance, July 23, 2016 during the air show (Show CTR from left to right): 92-3898/1, 92-3908/2, 91-0413/-, .../4, 92-3896/5, and 91-0392/6. The #4 does not have the ID on its ejection seat. And could not ID it from the remove before flight banners either as they were parked pretty far from the crowd line.Starman wrote:Good gen Tally, and might have helped with the one that went tec at Vance and was towed to a hangar, had I had the bottle to enter, but the other seven, I was reminded 1/2 way there, were on the wrong side of the "active" taxiway and thus off-limits
At the northern flight line they had an F-16D that remained unidentified and later in the day a F-16C 92-3888/-.
Hope this is of help to you.
