15/6: Spottersday Tactical Weapons Meet, Florennes

According to 1Sq Stingers, a spottersday will be held sometime in June during the Tactical Weapons Meet.
Dates are not yet fixed but exercise should take place between June 12 to 23.

Great to read about the spotterday. 1st SQN "Stingers" also celebrate their centennial this year! Maybe some extra visitors? But don't start wishful thinking. Still 6 months to go.

Hi,

A spotter's day will be organized at Florennes the 15 june 2017.

Infos that I have :

This event is in relation with the first squadron anniversary (100 years).
Several nations will be present with aircraft (TBC which aircraft).
The theme will be Tactical Weapons Meet in parallel with the anniversary.
Spotter's day will be organized during a "normal flying day" at Florennes.

As soon as I have additional information, I will keep you informed.

There is not much info ad hand is there about this exercise? What I can remember the TWM's are rather interesting.

If the silhouettes on the patch of the exercise are right, than you can expect: F-16, F-4, MiG-29, Hawk T1 and Eurofighter.
