A Herc was logged mode-S-wise as G-781 'NAF 73' around that time. Judging by the first (appx 7000FT) and last altitude (appx 2000FT) that was picked up from Best (near EHEH), it appeared to be landing at Eindhoven, and this would have been around 1710LT. There's no indication of its route, but this was the only Herc picked up from Best at the time you mentioned. Furthermore, the range of the Best antennae easily covers overflights of GKE.
I hope this, and Frank's reply, is of assitance.
Regards!

Vielen dank Frank & Stephan, just checked the flightplan of NAF73. Filed routing was via DIK-LNO-EHNStephan Lodewijks wrote:A Herc was logged mode-S-wise as G-781 'NAF 73' around that time.
