Good afternoon,

Sunday the 12th beautifull Belgium was visited, hunting for some aircraft. W&R aircraft logged were:

Lommel-de Koloniën
Luikersteenweg, 461-479 Lommel 51.253527, 5.387385
In front of a shop, placed on a pole still can be found:
XN512 Hunting Jet Provost T.3

Helchteren-Pampa Range
My third visit to this range, trying to log the three decoy F-84F Thunderstreaks.
In 2008 I tried the model flying club near the control tower, but was immediately chased away by the military.
In 2014 I tried the North-East side, but wasn't able to detect anything noteworthy.
This time (2017) I approached from the south (Houthalen Oost, parking place 51.035737, 5.488785),
and headed walking up North untill I got a clear view. But: still no Streaks visible !!
If anybody can help me with a clear description how to reach a place from where the decoys can be seen,
I would be gratefull !

Hasselt
Genkersteenweg 465, 3500 Hasselt 50.949528, 5.398686
At the premises of Eurorent a civil aircrat is placed on a pole:
OO-PIF Nord N1203 Norécrin II

Brustem
Searching for the preserved CM170 MT3 at a roundabout, I didn't find anything. Today (at home) I found
out I went to the wrong roundabout......... Well: good reason the come back ! :D

Saffraanberg
The annual open house had (ofcourse) some W&R stuff:
288 IAI B-Hunter
FX53 F-104G Starfighter
A72 (with parts of the A53) Alouette II
BA17 Mirage 5BA

AT21 Alpha Jet
FA03 F-16A
FB03 F-16B
H14 Augusta A109BA
none F-16 simulator
ST09 (with tail of the ST15) SF260

Borlo
Thewittstraat 8 3891 Borlo 50.741464, 5.182328
At teveerne "De WIlg" can be seen:
A80 Alouette II

Landen / AELR store
Raatshovenstraat/Karolingerslaan 50.745327, 5.064592
Since 2012 this is the Brussels Air Mueum storage site.
Unfortunately nothing can be seen from outside.

BR10 Mirage 5BR
FR32 Republic RF-84F Thunderflash
FT24 Lockheed T-33A

FX47 (tail from FX69) F-104G Starfighter
ID16 / as "IF83 / OV-K" Hunter F.4 (fuselage)
ID26 / JE-P Hunter F.4 (fuselage)
This nice museum opens it's doors each 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, from 1.30PM untill 6PM.
More aircraft are present, by the way !

Goetsenhoven
Hannuitsesteenweg 350, Tienen 50.777149, 4.952467
Although no W&R relics were noted here, maybe it's noteworthy the former military side is nowadays
occupied by ULM Goetsenhoven. So it seems the stored/preserved gliders are re-located......

Schaffen-Diest
Nieuwe Dijkstraat 77, Diest 51.003730, 5.071532
OO-EVE (ex T25 BLu) DH82A Tiger Moth (fuselage)
This fuselage can be found at the back of the hangar closest to the military part of the airfield.

Hi,

The F84s at Pampa range are parked in the eastern part of the range. Today I visited the anual Pampa Jets days at the model flying club. From that location I could see all three of them and read of FU-183 with my bins.

Kind regards
Michael
