there is anybody who understand this calendar, i don't know the terms: SUTA,SDO,PPO7
but i presume that March 16 there will be some flight at 8 am

what do you think abaout March 16 : 8hrs , it's flights morning or evening ?

You're welcome.
Since the 8hrs only comes back on (certain) fridays I would guess an 8hr (work/flying) day instead of the usual 10+ hrs. Nightflying would happen on other days then right before the weekend.
When I was at Tucson in the previous years flying usually starts really early (sometimes before 7am) so for the friday I would say something like 7am-3pm(15:00) or 8am-4pm
