Colombian AF states on their website: “In the facilities of the Combat Air Command No. 1, training was started in general English and specialized aeronautical English of seventy-four officers and NCOs of the Colombian Air Force, who will participate in the international exercise "Red Flag 2018", to be made in the United States.
From April 3 to August 4, the staff of pilots, flight technicians and crew belonging to the Combat Air Command No. 1 and Air Transport Military Command, will expand their knowledge in the general English language and aeronautical phraseology, increasing the linguistic skills required for the mastery of a second language.
This will allow the personnel that will participate in this important air combat exercise to communicate and interact appropriately with members of the other countries. In this way, the Aeronautical Education Headquarters, through the Postgraduate School, promotes the knowledge and mastery of a second language, in favor of the personal development of each individual and in compliance with the institutional objectives.” (google translated)
So, Colombian AF personnel will be training from just _after_ RF2018-2 until exactly the day after RF2018-3. I’d say that pretty strong circumstantial evidence.
And CJ probably has the best connections available...

Big question is: when will they arrive in the US? (Actually beginning of April, or will they first do english lessons?) but that's not Red Flag related.....

Too bad for the Kfirs at RF18-2. Everything booked for me so I go anyway. Any RF should do it. Even though RF18-1 may be one of the best ever due to participants list.

Hello Bruce,

Saw your photos at flickr, can you explain what the OK ANG F-16 are doing at Nellis?

Hi EOR1

Add.
93-0540/SW Multi
I read also. F-15E 88-1695. (but not 88-1696). Saturday morning only 14 F-15E's were outside.
There was an eight Typhoon inside the hangar
I can confirm F-22A. 04-4082 marked "149 FS"
I read F-22A 08-4159 (but not 08-4169)!

I hope you can confirm the coming days 88-1695 and 08-4159, or not !
