Depends a bit on your style but about 70-300 should get you there. For a proper banking shot you're looking at 400m+

Both the Mig-29 and A-4 use Wittmund and Wittmund EF's use EHLW? Thought for several (safety)reasons, participants were to use single base.

The German article quoted above states that the Eufis (a third of the total unit) will operate "from elsewhere", so Leeuwarden for the EF's.

No problem with flying from different airbases, Briefing can be done by videolink and in the sky they use air traffic controllers to keep them apart
