Saw them (by change) fly over (high) near Den Helder/Waddenzee and turn towards ehlw again.
Only had my phone, (took a shot) but way to low quality at that altitude to pic up much detail.

USAF reports that after Frisian Flag the F-15's will operate out of Graf Ignatievo and RAF Lakenheath.
