I agree with Marco that it is transparent and consistent to collect ARC Endurance/Steinweg related EHV-RTM traffic here.

The CH-47F took-off from EHEH as it's a USAr one with designation Steinweg Rotterdam, so in mine opinion on-topic for EHEH.

This may also have been KLu D-106 (Ghost1) that has been loitering over the Rotterdam Port area for sereral hours and just (14:30cet) returned to base. (source: ADS-B)
I had a visual on a Chinook from Rotterdam Brienenoord, but couldn't confirm nor deny whether it was a KLu or USArmy.
Confirmation that 15-08190 has either left EHEH or is still there should give the answer...
