Interesting to see that the Ajets etc are often displayed on flight radar 24! You would expect them on adsb but not there. They use a eufie like silhouette for these aircraft, so take a look!

Jos, you mentioned 30+31 twice. Perhaps you meant to mention another (different) Eufi?Tu154 wrote:Wittmund today, 28th of May

Re: Wittmund 2020
Thanks Ben! Indeed a slight typo of what 30+32 (QRA) must have been. Updated the log.Bennie wrote: Jos, you mentioned 30+31 twice. Perhaps you meant to mention another (different) Eufi?

Re: Wittmund 2020
TLwG 71 Eurofighters will leave on 16.6. and 17.6. for Laage. Top Aces will go on 15.6. to Nordholz. The anual summer leave will last for ca. four weeks.
Unfortunately due to construction of a second fence on the west side of the base and a road planned to connect the new ATC Tower taking pictures undisturbed on the runway during easterly winds is no longer possible from the crash gate.

Re: Wittmund 2020
Nice to see reports, so thanks for posting.
In recent reports & pictures posted from Wittmund many of the EF2000’s don’t seem to have the badges on their tails. Anyone know why or any reason for this? Generally they appear to be fairly fixed at their bases within the GAF.
Thanks
Andy

Re: Wittmund 2020
TLwG 71 usually has their badge on the nose beneath the cockpit.
Only 30+40, 30+71 and 30+78 have additionally one on the fin.
