I was fortunate enough to witness it indeed.

My last operational encounter with the mighty Mir F-1 was at Leeuwarden in April 2013. So today was a good day. Little sun burned, dehydrated, and a heat stroke but all well worth it.

Mirage F-1CR: 611, 613, 616, 623, 624, 630, 635, 638, 642, 645, 650, 657, 658, 660.
Mirage F-1CT: 219, 242, 245, 255, 258, 264, 275, 280.

Mirage F-1B: 502 (N601AX), 517.
Mirage F-1CR: 606 (N609AX), 632, 653 (N633AX brown camo).
Mirage F-1CT: 226 (N614AX), 229 (N618AX), 243, 273, 274, 283 (N602AX).

Not aware of any others coming out soon. Of course their hangars are full but haven't seen any others that suggest they are close to being completed for first flight.

Seems ATAC is flying again after their F-1B mishap a few weeks ago.

632 as N623AX "Atac 11".
267 as N630AX "Atac 12".

I think N623AX has flown prior but N630AX I think it was her first flight in the US (at least with ATAC).
