I am pretty sure that the first H145M have now also been physically handed over to the FAE: Antonov Airlines An-124 UR-82007 flew From Munich to Guayaquil in Ecuador (with fuelstop in Santa Maria yesterday.
No doubt with some helicopters inside...

LOG Donauwoerth 19/05/2021
79+15 NH.90TTH Heer/THR30. Maintenance visitor. Local Flight as "Redfox 15"
79+61 NH.90NFH Marine towed out of F8
79+64 NH.90NFH Marine in & out of F8. Still under construction.
85+01 CH-53GS Lw/HSG64 Local flight as "Redfox 3"
85+05 CH-53GA Lw/HSG64. Towed outside of E7
[D-HADK] BK.117D(3) silver/black VIP-c/s. c/n unknown. Missing rotors, so exact version not known. But I think it is a D3.
[D-HADV] BK.117D2m Heer (c/n 20350). Towed from F8 to the western area
D-HADW BK.117D2 Airbus. Towed outside of C7A
D-HBK.] BK.117D3 all bright yellow. Inside hangar D10/1, no further details
[D-HBKB] BK.117D3 primer (c/n 21032). Inside hangar D10/4
[D-HBKC] BK.117D3 Ukraine Police (?) . Only the blue tail was sticking out of C9/4
[D-HBKD] BK.117(D3?) orange/silver c/s, one after another helicopter was towed out of C7a. Didn`t know how much space they have inside this one... It was like a hen laying eggs!

[D-HBTA] BK.117D3 white with black stripes (inside C7a)
[D-HBTH] BK.117D3 Ukraine Police. Acceptance Flight with ukrainian crew. C/n is 21007. Serial 03 blue also applied. The c/n was also transmitted as "21017" but I think 21007 is correct, since the Ukrainian people were taking some equipment out of a box in hangar C9 clearly marked as 21007 before the flight. I think the next batch is due for delivery, maybe they will be flown over this week.
[D-HBTI] BK.117D(3?) black/dark grey VIP c/s with red stripes ("Mercedes Benz Style"). Towed outside of C7a. Missing rotor.

LOG Donauwoert 09/06/2021
..../20204 EC.135T3H R Thai AF. I waited the whole year for this moment! Finally a Thai H135 unmasked with military markings! Only the code could be seen, but nevertheless... The civil testreg was removed so I can`t confirm its identity. But since the first three should be handed over already maybe the serial range is 20201-20206 with D-HECC (2126), D-HCBO (2130) and D-HECF (2140) now flying as 20201-20203. No confirmation for this, of course.
[D-HADB] BK.117D3 Ukr. Policija noted in the back of hangar D10, its serial 06 was not readable on that occasion.
[D-HADI] / 04 BK.117D3 Ukr. Policija (towed outside of D10)
[D-HADM] BK.117D2 white colours with black stripes. Towed into D10. Same colours as D-HBTA from last visit.
[D-HADV] BK.117D2m Heer, inside hangar C7a. C/n 20350 (also confirmed by a box nearby)
D-HADW BK.117D2 Airbus (c/n 20002), towed outside from C7a
[D-HBKH] BK.117D3 all yellow, black cockpit frame. Production flight as "Redfox 29"
[D-HBKO] BK.117D3 ADAC noted inside hangar C7a. Most probably this is future D-HYAS/21042, the second one.
[D-HBTD] BK.117D3 Johanniter Luftrettung. The second one of the two helos ordered was noted inside hangar D10
[D-HBTE] BK.117D3 STARS Air Ambulance. Shortly outside when D-HADI was pulled outside
[D-HBTI] BK.117D3 black/orange c/s (see last visit). Inside hangar C7a
D-HCBB EC.135.3H all white c/s (c/n 2097). Outside for electronic tests.
D-HCBS BK.117D2m Airbus (c/n 20259). Local flight as "Redfox 1"
D-HECP EC.135.3H Japanese Police. Towed into delivery hangar C9/1 (c/n 2146)
D-HMBE BK.117D2m Airbus (c/n 20177). Towed outside from hangar C9/3
D-HTSC EC.135T3 Airbus testbed (c/n 0832). Local flight as "Redfox 2"
D-.... BK.117D2 Ukr. Policija. Noted in hangar C9/2. Had its Ukrainian serial now overtaped, shame! Only consolation is that it should be readable when it is outside. I almost managed to read it even in the hangar.
---- (TC-...) EC.135.3H The overall black ex D-HCBF lost its test reg. and had no markings except a small turkish flag on the tail.

For a bad but valuable picture of the Thai (and the others) check out:

The first three delivered were 336 and 338 (as you noted), plus one was carrying YR-MVL before taking up its numeric code

[D-HADL] BK.117D. Marine??? An overall grey H145 was noted inside hangar F8 beside the Heer D-HBTJ. I can`t confirm but this one could be one for the German NAvy. Anyway, it made my day today.
D-HADS BK.117D2 Airbus Local flight

LOG Donauwoerth 26/06/2021
74+58 Tiger UHT Heer towed into maintenance hangar
78+40 NH.90TTH Heer ahortly outside of F8
79+41 NH.90TTH Heer inside hangar F8
79+42 NH.90TTH Heer towed outside of F8 to be fuelled. The very last Heer NH.90TTH is ready for testing!
84+52 CH-53GS Lw/HSG64 maintenance flight
85+07 CH-53GS Lw/HSG64 parked on the ramp
[D-HADA] BK.117D(3) Norsk Luftanbulanse. Parked rotorless on the ramp, obviously a new one out of the paintshop.
[D-HADB] BK.117D3 Policija Ukr. inside hangar C9/4. There was a box nearby with a c/n on it but it was hard to read as it was blocked by a fire extinguisher. But with some effort ...29 could be seen - so I guess it is 21029. but I have to check it again. The engine panels with the serial were removed but were lying beside. The ukrainian serial "05 blue" was clearly readable under the sticker, but strange enough D-HADB has been reported ion April with serial "06". Either they have changed the serial tie up again (or maybe simply swappped the panels with the serial number...) or it was a reading mistake on the other log. In any case, 05 should be correct for this machine!
D-HADW BK.117D2 Airbus inside hangar C7
[D-HADY] BK.117D3 all bright yellow, black window frame. C/n 21017 confirmed. Production Flight as "Redfox 2"
[D-HBKD] BK.117D3 orange/silver colours. Production flight as "Redfox 11". C/n is 21034. PS-HAI for this one is confirmed as it is written unmasked on the under side.
[D-HBKE] BK.117D3 primer (c/n 21035). On the ramp and later into D10/1
[D-HBKI] BK.117D3 Policija Ukr.. Serial "07 blue" overtaped but readable under sticker. C/n 21036 confirmed. Production flight, later into C9/4)
[D-HBTA] BK.117D3 white with black stripes. C/N und customer unknown so far (see also D-HADM in same colours). was parked outside on the compensation platform
[D-HCBB] EC.135.3H all white, inside hangar C7 (c(n 2097)
D-HCBS BK.117D2m Airbus. Local flight as "Redfox 6"
[D-HECP] EC.1345.3H Japanese Police, on the ramp (c/n 2146)
Furthermore I catched a glimpse of an incomplete and unidentified DRF H145 which was towed in the production area. Since the have ordered 15 units, many more are to follow.
