PH-BFH did a rejected take-off test today in Kuala Lumpur (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_O5pTAHLsk) just before her flight back to Amsterdam after her D-check.

Happy to see BFH lost her KLM Asia colours! Only three more 747's in KLM Asia coulors:
PH-BFM (D-check jun 15)
PH-BFP (probaply no more D-check and repaint because of phase out starting 2016)
PH-BFY (probaply no more D-check and repaint because of phase out starting 2016)

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has signed a long-term lease agreement with Air Lease Corporation for a new B777-300(ER). Powered by General Electric motors, the twinjet is scheduled for delivery in 2016 and will join the Dutch carrier's eight other -300ERs.

“The Boeing 777-300ER continues to be an integral part of KLM’s long haul fleet,” said Grant Levy, Executive Vice President of Air Lease Corporation.

KLM currently leases A330-200s, an A330-300, Boeing 777 and B737-800 aircraft from ALC.

I am 99% convinced that PH-BVP will be the aircraft which has been announced by ALC and quoted by XYZ. At this moment 8 active in the fleet and 3 more on order which makes PH-BVP number 11:

PH-BFH is terug van haar D check en WBC modificatie uit Kuala Lumpur sinds 6-3-14. WBC modificatie op PH-BFP op SPL is afgerond op 17-3-14. Volgende WBC modificatie op SPL zal zijn PH-BFK, start op 24-3-14. Deze week dus geen WBC modificatie in hangar 14. Voltooiing WBC modificatie op alle KLM 747's zal zijn in derde week juni 2014.

De nieuwe KLM B738, PH-BCE (?) maakte vandaag zijn eerste vlucht. Vanuit Renton naar Moses Lake, en zometeen naar Boeing Field.
