My understanding is that the flightplan originally called for going to the range from EHGR and afterwards to EHKD were they would arrive around 13.45 local and leave again at 14.15 local.
But, as Edwin said, I also heard that due to bad weather at the range they diverted, so my guess is they swapped the range for De Kooy and vice versa.
