The new 2x/weekly Southern Air B747F operations on JFK-AMS-JFK are for MASKargo.
Currently MASkargo operates two of its own B747-400Fs between KUL-AMS-KUL, and leases five B747-200Fs from Southern Air that also operate KUL-PVG-TAS-AMS v.v. The Malaysian airline used to lease B747 freighters from Air Atlanta but switched to Southern Air on 1 May 2010, because Southern could offer MASKargo the use of its US traffic rights between the USA-Amsterdam.
On 1 September 2010 MASKargo launched an Air Cargo service to the US from Asia & Europe when it launched a 2x/weekly service from Amsterdam to JFK in cooperation with Southern Air.
MASkargo has fifth freedom rights out of Amsterdam permitting the airline to carry cargo from Europe to US, as well as from Asia to the USA. Some flights have exceeded 80 per cent load factors, but the new transatlantic route is not yet profitable.
In addition to above post from XYZ, here the MH freighter flights for this winter, without times.

Grt, Erik
And according to Airliner World October issue, AirBridgeCargo will recieve its first 747-8F in February 2011. It will replace the 747-200s and the 747-300s, so there's a big chance we will see it here.
With the first delivery pushed back to mid 2011, we are going to have to wait until then to see the new 747-8F.
