Just picked up RCH363 07-7185 with my receiver. Looks like this one was inbound for Brussels. Yesterday at Rotterdam RCH360 and RCH361 series. RCH36X series function indeed also as POTUS support.

Also inbound somewhere in Europe 02-1098 RCH559. Paris or London maybe...difficult to localize...

RCH559 on the 20th was *not* POTUS related and landed Ramstein.

RCH02 is the callsign for the Deputy Commander AMC
RCH03 & RCH04 is possible the callsign of Commander of 618th Tanker Airlift Control Center & 18th Air Force, as these units all located at Scott AFB are part of the Headquarters of the AMC Command Structure.
